Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Ayuni Host services. They are written to be readable; if anything is unclear, ask us before you buy.

1. Agreement and eligibility

By ordering or using any Ayuni Host service you agree to these terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, our Privacy Policy and, where relevant, the Domain Registration Agreement.

You must be able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction and provide accurate contact and billing details, keeping them current for as long as you hold services with us.

2. Accounts and security

You are responsible for activity under your account, for keeping credentials confidential and for enabling the security features we make available.

Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission so we can help secure it.

3. Fees, renewals and taxes

Services are billed in advance for the term you select. Introductory pricing applies to the first term only; the renewal price is displayed before purchase and applies to later terms.

Services renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date, so your site and email do not lapse. Prices exclude taxes unless stated otherwise, and applicable taxes are added at checkout.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a service at any time from the client area, effective at the end of the current term.

Hosting plans carry a 30-day money-back guarantee as described in the Refund Policy. Domain registrations, renewals and transfers are non-refundable because registry fees are incurred immediately.

5. Acceptable use, suspension and termination

Use of our services is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate a service for serious policy breaches, unlawful activity, non-payment, or activity that threatens the stability or security of the platform.

Except where immediate action is required, we will contact you and give you a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue first.

6. Your content and backups

You retain ownership of everything you upload. You grant us only the limited rights needed to host, transmit, back up and display that content in the course of providing the service.

We take automatic backups as described on your plan, but you remain responsible for keeping your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

7. Service availability and support

Availability commitments and service credits are set out in our Service Level Agreement. Support is provided 24 hours a day for the services we supply; it does not extend to writing your application code or debugging third-party software beyond reasonable assistance.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the services is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost data where you have not maintained your own copies, or loss of goodwill.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services or the law. Material changes are announced through the client area or by email before they take effect, and continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
