How we operate

• Own the stack. We tune the web server, cache, database and network ourselves rather than reselling someone else's defaults.
• Automate the boring parts. Provisioning, backups, certificate renewal and patching run without human intervention.
• Keep humans for the hard parts. When something genuinely breaks, an engineer picks it up — not a script.
