Privacy Policy

We only collect what we need to sell, run and support your services, and we tell you plainly what happens to it.

1. What we collect

Account and billing details you give us: name, business name, email, phone number, postal address, tax identifiers and payment details processed by our payment providers.

Service data created by using us: domains and plans you hold, tickets and chats, invoices, and technical logs such as IP addresses, timestamps and error records.

Website data: pages visited and referral source, used to understand which pages help people and which do not.

2. Why we hold it

To provide the services you purchased, take payment, renew services and prevent lapse; to give you support; to protect the platform against abuse, fraud and attack; and to meet legal, tax and domain-registry obligations.

Where the law requires consent — for example non-essential analytics or marketing email — we ask first and you can withdraw it at any time.

3. Who we share it with

Domain registries and registrars, as required to register, renew or transfer a domain. Some registries publish or verify certain contact details; privacy protection is offered where the registry allows it.

Payment processors, fraud-screening providers, our billing and support platform, and infrastructure providers who host the systems your services run on.

Authorities where we are legally obliged to respond. We do not sell your personal data to anyone, ever.

4. International transfers

We operate in multiple regions, so data may be processed outside your country. Where that happens we rely on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses and keep the same protections in place wherever the data sits.

5. How long we keep it

Account, billing and invoice records are retained for as long as you hold services and afterwards for the period tax and company law requires, typically six to seven years.

Support tickets are kept while they remain useful to help you. Technical and security logs are kept for a short rolling window unless they form part of an investigation.

6. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, ask us to delete it where no legal obligation requires us to keep it, object to certain processing, or ask for it in a portable format.

Contact us from the client area or by email and we respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our answer you may complain to your local data protection authority.

7. Cookies

Essential cookies keep you signed in, hold your basket and protect against fraud. Optional analytics cookies are only set with your consent and can be withdrawn from your browser settings at any time.

8. Security

Access to customer data is restricted to staff who need it, protected by multi-factor authentication, encrypted in transit and logged. We notify affected customers and regulators promptly if a breach is likely to affect you.
